Dear Fellow Team Captain,

Like you, I am leading a team for the 2012 Susan G. Komen Global Race for the Cure. And, like you, I want to see my team reach new heights with fundraising this year and make the biggest impact we can on the movement to end breast cancer forever. To that end, I invite you to join us in a Team Challenge!

By participating in the Team Challenge, our teams will compete against one another to see who can go the furthest with fundraising. A little friendly competition is just the thing to push all of our teammates toward bigger and bolder goals.

Here’s how it works:

1) I’ll submit a Team Challenge Form to officially declare our competition. In order to do this, please email me the following information:

2) Our team names and fundraising progress will be tracked on the Team Challenge page at GlobalRacefortheCure.org. The team with the most fundraising dollars by Race Day wins and will earn the following:
 
--A printed certificate from the Komen Global Race for the Cure

--Recognition on the Komen Global Race website.

--Anything else we want to put “at stake”. May I suggest [enter suggestion here, i.e. the losing team treats the winning team to lunch?]

--Bragging rights that last the rest of the year!

Note: The more team members you have, the more fundraising power you’ll have, too! I’m already starting to recruit more members to my team . . . so should you!
